First Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit Project Breaks Ground

I was invited to speak at a press conference on February 1, 2010 where we celebrated the groundbreaking of an incredible old Mill in Cohoes.  It is the first project to benefit from my NYS Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit law.
